WELLINGTON CONFERENCE AUSTRALIAN DELEGATES (Reed. Sept." 18. 11.50 a.m.) CANBERRA, Sept. 18. The Australian delegation to the conference in Wellington to consider the establishment of an air mail service between Australia and New Zealand will he the Minister of Defence, Sir Archdale Parkhill, the secretary of the defence committee, Mr. 'Shepherd:, the Controller-General of Civil , Aviation. Captain Johnston, the Director of Postal Services, Mr. Brown, and the ChiefSecretary of Postal Services, Mr. Harry. The Australian officials will sail tomorrow. Sir Archdale Parkhill will leave by the Awatea on September 25.
