(British Official Wireless.)

Reed. 10 a.in. RUGBY, Sept. 16. The latest statistics show that the number of wireless receiving licenses in Britain in August was 7,744,472. The Morning Post says that saturation point was formerly believed to be. about 10.000,000, but it *is now. estimated it is nearer 12,000,000 and a steady increase in the number during the next few years is expected.

The programme of developments in prospect of the revenue from licenses already amounts to £3.872,236, but if the anticipations are realised a considerable advance on this sum is looked for in the near future.
