MEMORIAL TO FLYERS
SMITH AND ULM RESPONSE IN SYDNEY SYDNEY, Sept. Hi. The Australian Flying Corps’ Association intends ,to erect an appropriate memorial to the late Sir Charles Kingsford Smith and Air. C. T. P. Ulm on a site to be chosen near the entrance to the harbour in a commanding position at Yaucluse.
Surmounting a high tower, there will he a huge copper globe symbolising the fivers’ exploits.
