CITY BOARD MEETING DEPARTURE OF MEMBER (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. After Colonel 'l'. W. McDonald at a meeting of the Wellington Education Board 10-dav had refused to comply with the terms of a resolution calling upon him to make an nnquali•tied withdrawal of a letter he had written concerning a motion of censure passed, upon him at the previous meeting, a sergeant .and a constable appeared on the scene.
