H.B. SPRING SHOW

SCHEDULE OP CLASSES

Intending exhibitors at the Hawke’s Bav Agricultural and Pastoral Society’s Spring Show, arc notified in this issue that the Show will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, October 21 and 22, and also that entries close on Wednesday, September 30. The schedule, as usual,, is most comprehensive and "includes sections lor all classes of horses, cattle, sheep, pig'S, dogs, poultry, needlework, knitting, decorative work! woodwork, model aeroplanes, fleece wool, and numerous competitions for horses and ponies. In addition to liberal prize-money, many valuable trophies are offered for competition throughout the stock sections. Dog fanciers are notified that a sennitc schedule is issued and in addition to liberal cash prizes, numerous cups and other trophies are offered, a special effort having been made owing to the annual meeting of the New Zealand Kennel Club taking place in Hastings- during the Show.

As a stud stock advertising medium, the committee claims that the Hawke’s Bav Spring Show is of first importance. Exhibitors from n distance are hilly catered for. Schedules, free of charge, will be posted on application to the secretary. Mr. A. M. Retemeyer, P.O. Box 145'. Napier.
