The Mayor, Mr. R. (Vinnell, said at a meeting of the Timarn Borough Council Hint the Hag had been presented bv Mr. John McRae of Belwyn street, Timnru. Just before the entry to Newcastle of Con era I Duller i( had been torn down by Mr. O. Mcßae, a brother of the donor.
