VOYAGE OF IDLE HOUR
JAVA DEPARTURE OFF " TO SINGAPORE I _ SURABAYA, Aug. 26. The ketch Idle Hour left Surabaya to-day for Singapore. Her. crew had an excellent trip from Thursday Island, calling at remote villages on six islands.
In order to reach Singapore as soon as possible.'the Aucklander, Mr. Ivan Palmer, is proceeding by a small Chinese steamer via South Borneo.
