WRECKED PLANE'S MAIL

DELIVERY IN BRITAIN ALL DAMAGED BY WATER (Reed. Aug. 27, noon) LONDON, Aug. 26. * Sixty per cent of the mail from the Imperial Airways plane Scipio, which crashed into the sea at Crete, including Australia, arrived last night, and is being delivered 'to-day after drying. Most of the remainder is at present drying. The Post Office reports that all the mail was damaged by immersion, but it is believed that none was so bad that it could not be delivered.
