TRADE WITH AUSTRALIA
CANADIAN TREATY MISSION VISTT POSSIBLE (Wee. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.; OTTAWA, Aug. '25. The Canadian Prime Minister, Mr. W. L. Mackenzie King, said to-day that exchanges with Australia in respect to the existing trade treaty were being carried on harmoniously. He had heard of no protests. The treaty would come up for revision next year. There was a possibility before then that a Canadian trade mission would visit Australia. An Adelaide (Ontario) message states that the proposal to denounce the trade agreement with Great Britain will affect Canada in respect of some items on which Canada gels a preference granted by Britain.
