MAN ADMITS GUILT
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night
Charged before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., with breaking and entering by day the dwelling of Philip Wong, and stealing a gold wristlet watch, and an expanding bracelet, of a total value of £5, and with stealing from the Bo wen Street Private Hospital nurses' home the sum of about £4 4s, William Joseph Gee, aged 32, a baker and cook, pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
It was stated in evidence that the detectives ascertained that the accused wore shoes corresponding to footprints found on a couch inside the window of the nurses' home.
