TWO WORLD CONFERENCES
ARMS AND ECONOMICS REQUEST FROM FRANCE YOSEMITE, Aug. 21. The French delegation at the Pacific Relations Conference recommended the early convening of two world conferences, one on arms limitations and the other on economic problems. M. Sarraut said that the problems awaiting solution formed the most acute phase since the world war. The conferences could not be delayed till the distant future.
