SIR JAMES -IDANS’ HOPE LONDON, July 1. The confident, hope that scientific progress would soon lead to an understanding of the nature and causes of cancer was expressed yesterday by Sir James Jeans, the •famous scientist. lie was speaking at a meeting at Lambeth Palace organised by Mrs. Walter lluneiinan and the Board of the Marie Curie Hospital.
