AUGUST MEETING The August meeting of the Takitimii Women’s Institute was held at the Selvyn Hall on Wednesday. Airs. AV. T. Pitt welcomed the members and visitors. Campbell's report of the conference in Dunedin. Refooting silk stockings was demonstrated by Airs. Glanville'. Airs. Douglas Blair was first in the competition, a silk lampshade. The members were invited to the Alanutuke mission house for their next meeting. The National Anthepi brought the proceedings to a close.
