The Italian Ministry for Colonies has decided to proceed with national colonisation in Abyssinia through authorised bodies.
There will he free grants of small areas to Italian peasants share-farming with natives, where the whites cannot stand the climate, and also industrial colonisation.
The Public Works Ministry will undertake a two-year plan of roadi building ill the rate of three miles daily, totalling 230 C miles of roads and employing 12&.C0O men. half of whom will bo Italians. The cost will be JD2S.CCO.OCO.
