THEFT OF MOTOR-CYCLE
TWO MONTHS' GAOL
Two months' imprisonment was imposed by justices in Opotiki upon Tina Ruki, aged 22, who pleaded guilty to the theft of a motor-cycle, the property of Keith Lane, with whom accused was working at a camp at Whatatutu. Accused was arrested at Te Kaha, 40 miles from Opotiki, and the motor-cycle was found badly damaged.
