Charged with obtaining AJI6O from Independent Motor Stiles Limited by falsely representing that the car in his possession was. bis own. and unencumbered, dames Lawrence liofden, 23, a. mechanic pleaded not guilty and was commit led for trial.
It is alleged that he disposed of a car held on time payment, representing Ilia I he had paid cash for il.
