TUESDAY'S RODEO
FILM TO BE MADE
The Television Film Corporation, Limited, lias secured the rights to make and screen a sound film of the rodeo to be held at the showgrounds on Tuesday next.
The chief cinematographer, Mr. Lee Hill, has been influenced to secure llk rights by reports received by him of the skilful and daring performances of riders at previous rodeos. Not only .will the film, which will be exhibited at the leading picture theatres, provide thrilling and interesting entertainment for the picture public throughout New Zealand, but it will he an excellent advertisement for this district as it will be titled "'A. and I'. Rodeo at Oisborne."
The Railway Department is making special arrangements to handle the traffic from the country oil Tuesday. The morning train .will set down passengers at the showgrounds, and tlie return train will leave Cishorne at 4.15 p.m.. and the .showgrounds at 4.70 p.m. Sprcial "market day" laics will be available for the dav.
