CANTERBURY APPEAL (Per Press Association.) CHRIRTCHURCH, this day. An appeal against the decision ol the registrar of industrial unions in re fusing to permit an amendment of tii< membership rules to allow all worker. employed in laundries add dyeing am dry cleaning works to come under th Ohristchurch Tailoring, Dressmakin; and other Clothing Trade Employees Union, was heard in the Arbitration Court this morning.
The appeal was conducted by Mr. .1 Roberts, secretary of the union, win said that the case was no doubt im portant, and perhaps would affeei workers in Other parts of New Zeu land, as well as those in Christ church Judgment was reserved.
