As a, result of a Sequence of fires 6a Saturday nights during the past fewweeks, nOne Ot which assumed serious proportions due to the efficiency of the fire brigade, the police on Saturday evening kept watch on premises likely to he visiter! by the .suspected fire bug. The outcome ot this aclioji was the aid est ot a youth redhande'd by a constable, who caught him attempting to set fire to some staules which were the scene of an outbreak exactly a week previously. The person arrested was remanded.
