Following the German victories in the singles, Baron von Cramm and Henkel defeated Rogs and McVeagh, 6—4, 6—l, 6-4.
Playing at Vienna, Puncec (Yugoslavia) defeated von Metaxa (Austria) 6_4, 6—3, 6—l, and Tallada (Yugoslavia) defeated Bawrowski, 3—6, 6—4, 6_3, 3—6, 7—5. In the doubles, Bawrowski and Von Metaxa defeated Kukcljevic and Mitic, 4—6, 6—3, 6—4, 4—6. While practising a Davis Cup player, Tuckey, fell injuring his right ankle. It may prevent him playing at Wimbledon.
