SINGAPORE, March 28. Sir .Shenton Thomas, Governor o 1 the Straits Settlements, to-day proclaimed that no more than 25 aliens would be admitted to Singapore in any one month from tiny one shipping company. This is believed to be turned against the growing immigration ot Japanese.
