Woods, said that the winner, McKenzie’s Tim, took charge of his sheep in true- huntaway style, and had maintained a good line through all the flags, while his command was very good. McKenzie’s Nigger also showed excellent style, though his line might have been improved, and his time was a trifle slow. Command was excellent in this case.

McNeil’s Sharp impressed the judge as having given a very fair run, though hardly forceful enough to take the sheep along! Sherriff’s Sandy was rather slow in starting, and stood off his sheep too much, while his line could have been improved. Command was good, in the case of Sandy, however, and he gave a good run.
