HAMILTON, this day. \ There were 800 entries in the butler section, and 425 entries in the cheese section at the Waikato Winter Show, which will ho opened by the ['rime Minister, (lie lit. Hon. M. .1. Savage, to-morrow. The butter and cheese sections were judged by the graders oi" the New Zealand "Dairy Division, under Air. YV. Dempster, of Hamilton, chief grader. Commenting on. the butter section, the judges said : "An outstanding feature of the butter exhibits is the remarkable uniformity in the quality of entries. Uniformity is paramount, and if is apparent that tins factor has been recognised and given effect to by the exhibitors.''
