DELICATE STATE SECRETS RUMANIAN DISCOVERY (Reed. April 16, noon.) LONDON, April 15. The Rumanian police have discovered that delicate State secrets are being given away with a pound of tea. The Budapest correspondent of the Daily Telegraph reports that the police, when searching the rooms of a political suspect, found highly confidential documents covering part of the evidence submitted before the committee at a recent munitions inquiry. When the suspect was asked how he was able to steal or buy the information, he led the Eolice to a local grocer's store, where 000 sheets of secret documents were being used to. wrap up parcels.
