POSSIBLE N.Z. HONOUR PROSPECTS FAVOURED OPINIONS AT LONDON (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United PFess Assn.) (Reed. April 16, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, April 15. The Australian Associated Press is informed by League of Nation circles that New Zealand's chance of securing one of the non-permanent Council seats falling vacant in September, when Argentina, Denmark and Portugal retire, are promising as it is expected New Zealand will obtain the support of Britain and other Dominions. Another possible Empire candidate is South Africa, but. as she already has held the presidency of the Assembly while New Zealand has obtained no honours, the latter's prospects are preferred.
