MAN SAVES FROM "CHAIR"

ARREST (IF 'DOUBLE NEW YORK, March 5. George Hayes, aged 21, in New York's' dreaded Tombs Prison since January 8 with the shadow of the electric chair hanging over him, has been saved—by the" arrest, of his double.
