Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, March 10, It is suggested in Geneva that when the Committee of Thirteen meets to take note of the replies of Italy and Abyssinia to the appeal for peace negotiations, the procedure adopted may be to set up a committee of three members to study the matter and enter injw contact with 1 lie parties to the dispute.
