The Service Championship, which was fired a! the National Rifle Association’s meeting at. Trentham this morning was won liv a score of 206 by A. Ik. Symons (Okawa). who holds ' for one year the Ross Carbine Champion Belt tint! wins the N.R.A. gold medal and £5. J. Ei. Farley (Wanganui), with 203 was second. He receives the N.11..A. Silver Medal and £3. The third place was filled by \V. d. Burton (pkawa), with 202. Up receives the N.R-.A. bronze medal and £2. Seven took £l, and 16 10s each.
The Champion Team match, for teams of four men, seven rounds each at 3CO, £OO, and 600ycls., resulted as follows : District Challenge Shield, four miniature cups, and £l2, Wanganui No. 1, 384; £B, Petone No. 1, 380; £6, Auckland City Xo. 1. 380; £5, Karori No. 1, 379; £4, Kaponga, 378.
