(Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. By next week the police expect to be able to proceed with the case against Stanley Davidson, aged 22 years, who is charged with murdering his father. Thomas Davidson, at Ravensbourne, on February 25.
~ J ’ The accused was accordingly remanded this morning to March 18. The police produced a warrant issued by the Minister of Justice for the removal of the accused to be. detained under observation >n Seacliff Mental Hospital until the next sessions of the Supreme Court on Mav 4.
