ALLEGATION OF HERESY
NEW TRIAL REQUESTED

The Rev. B. Hayes, who has been charged with heresy, has asked for a new trial before the ecclesiastical court. It is understood that it will be probably a week before Archbishop Head reaches a decision in regard to the application.
