It is very true. It is a feminine failing to plunge ai a job without a second's thought. ft is a masculine failing to think so' long over a job to be done that there is no time left to do ir. Whv not combine the two?
Control your first violent impulse in lie up and doing, and, instead, seize paper and pencil and work out. a sensible programme. Go through an average day's work ami see how many times you have duplicated jobs. How many unnecessary trips to store cupboards or files, how many unnecessary telephone calls von .have made nnd letters you have written.
No employer would bo annoyed if you showed him neatly on paper how you could save your time and his—yon might even get an increase of salary for your intelligence.
