ITS MOMENT COMING Many people in the past, few years have expressed doubts about the efficacy of the League of Nations to prevent wars and its general utility, but these have not .shaken the belief of Dr. Maurice Laserson, barrister ,and journalist, that, the league will succeed as an instrument of preserving world peace. Dr. Laserson, a native of Latvia, who has lived and worked in Geneva for the past four years, arrived at Auckland by the Monowai from Sydney on a three weeks' visit to the Dominion.
