MELBOURNE TO SYDNEY SYDNEY, Jan. 17. The Rapid? Dragon, Memma, in the Holyman's service, made a fast flight from Melbourne to Sydney yesterday. Beaching a speed of 170 miles an hour at times, it landed'at Mascot 2hrs, 50min. after leaving Melbourne. This included a stop at Canberra. There was a following wind of almost sale force over some of the distance. The plane, piloted by Mr. P. Taylor, and containing four passengers and luglage, reached Canberra in two hours, and occupied 50 minutes in completing the flight to Mascot.
