GIRL INJURES SPINE
FALL PLAYING PING-PONG
Through slipping and falling while playing ping-pong in a hall at Ouetangi, M'aiheke Island, on Saturday afternoon. Miss Patricia Mary Kidd, aged 17, of llemiiera. suffered injuries to the spine. After receiving first aid from the St. John Ambulance officer stationed at Waiheke, Miss Kidd was removed to Auckland in the motor-vessel Baroona and taken to a private hospital in a'. St. John ambulance.
