The existence of foot-and-mouth disease was confirmed yesterday amongst cattle at Catsficld, Battle, Sussex. Ail order has been issued prohibiting the movement except by license of all cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and doer within approximately 15 miles of the infected premises. The restricted area lies in the counties ot East Sussex and Kent.
