WORLD NETWORK LINK PLAN OP INDUSTRIALISTS TOKIO, Jan. 20. It is understood that industrialists are investigating a means of linking up Japan, Australia, New Zealand ana other southward countries by aviation, possibly connecting with British services at Hongkong and tSingapore, if not direct, for the purpose of speeding up samples mails and keeping pace, with European competition.
