MENTAL HYGIENE
INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS
Private cable advice received in Dunedin states that owing to the political situation the second international congress on mental hygiene, which was to have been held in Paris in July, has been postponed until next year. It will, however, be replaced by a European congress in London in July. Dr. A. R. Falconer, of Dunedin, a member of the international committee, will leave by the Akaroa in March tc attend the congress and also a meeting of the international committee.
