ACCIDENT SEQUEL
DAMAGES CLAIM FATES A sequel to a, collision between two cars at a road intersection in the Otnmoetai district was heard in the Magistrate’s. Court at Tatiranga before Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., when John VPemberton, of Tauranga, proceeded against Mrs. A. Puttie, ot Otuinootai. for £ls damages. After hearing a number of witnesses the magistrate inspected the scene of the accident. In giving bis decision, the magistrate said his belief was that plaintiff’s driver did not keep a propel' look-out and that was one of the causes of the accident. Judgment was given for defendant, with costs.
