Two racehorses whose chances wen.' favored at the Moonee Valley Cold Cup meeting are alleged to have been doped last week. One horse, Blue Edge, coldapsed after exercise and died. The other. lloiha Ra, was driven almost frantic on the course and bad lo be withdrawn from the race.
