A valuable addition to the equipment of King's College, Auckland, will be made as the result of a decision of the governing body, tho St. John's College Trust Board, to proceed immediately with tho erection of a swimming bath at a cost of approximately £4OOO. I New Zealand must study the system of inclusive tours which have become very popular in the northern hemisphere before the Dominion can hope to attract u fair proportion of the (ravelling population of Europe. Such is the opinion' of Mr. G. Schmidt Piza'rro, a Parisian journalist, who is touring New Zealand with the object of obtaining material for articles' which he contributes to American and European newspapers and periodicals and for moving picture scenarios. For the .attractions of tho country itself and for the manner in which visitors are looked after in the Dominion, he has nothing but praise.
