.CHARGE AGAINST EXV, , r-"TEACHER ' (Ptir Press Association.) BLENHEIM, this day. In the Supreme Couri this morning the Crown Prosecutor entered a nolle pros. qui on the concluding charge against George Walker. Walker, an'ex-teacher at (he Havclock School, had previously been acquitted on 14 counts alleging indecent assault. On one of three charges heard together, the jury had disagreed and the Crown Prosecutor (hen .announced that lu would consult with the Solicitor-General :|S to whether further proceedings would be taken.
