Dec. 10 a.m. RUGBY, July 16. A scheme for the' inclusion of air travel within the arrangements whereby members of l'ariiament visiting conslituences on public business received free travelling facilities, was announced in the House of Commons.
Where suitable arrangements can be made, members desiring to go by air will be supplied with the necessary warrants to enable them, on the payment of the excess over the railway tare, to use air lines.
