Enclosing two grocery orders on a well-known firm of merchants, • a letter received last evening by the executive of the Gisborne Returned Soldiers' Association roused favorable comment. It set out the writer’s souse ot obligation to the association for efforts on his behalf during a period in which he was unemployed and seriously embarrassed, and closed with the hope that the two orders might find as useful employment ns orders which he himself had received from the association in the past. The president. Colonel 11. F.
