At a. meeting attended hy about 50 shareholders at Dunedin, a motion was passed to wind up the Bell-Ivilgour Gold -Mining Company, Limited, voluntarily, lu the course of the discussion, which lasted about two hours, the directors werg subjected to considerable criticism by several shareholders, but those present were not able to get past the statement of one, director that “there did not seem to be any gold in the claim,” and the motion for winding up Hie company was carried hy a large majority.
