NEW FIRE STATION
Authority for signing an agreement' with the Wellington Education Board for the purchase of the Clyde quay school property for the site of the new central fire station has been given by the Wellington Fire Board. The purchase price is £25,000 and the agreement provides for the payment of £SOOO by the end of the month and the balance on final possession, which is to be given by June 30.
