LODGERS’ HEAVY LOSS O’er Press Association.) HAMILTON, this day. Thirteen occupants of it hoardinghouse in Plankton at 6.4 o’clock yesterday morning had narrow escapes when lire swept the building. Losing all their personal effects, they got out of the blazing house in their night attire. The' Hamilton brigade received a late alarm, and could not prevent the building being gutted. Tlitj. building was insured for £6OO, but the contents were not covered.
