Favored by beautiful weather and a large attendance, the annual regatta at Wuikaremoaua ou Boxing Day was most successful.

All the events were started up to time, thanks to the various officials and the secretary, who had a very strenuous time of it. The handicaps were very fair. The races were well contested. Following are the results : Lap record, inboard boats (3 entries). —Powell and Hall’s Ramona, 1; R. Neale’s Miss Napier, 2. Waikarcmoaua Regatta Club cup race. —’J’. Hall’s Glencoe, 1 ; J.
