A blue bag containing the Duke of Gloucester’s greetings and presents to the Royal Family was included in the Australian-New Zealand air mail which arrived at Croydon punctually to the minute, and, within an hour, the sorters at the Post Office, in the shadow of St. Paul’s, were sorting the mail, which was delivered in London between 3 and 4 p.m., and throughout Britain it was in the first post on Christmas Day.

Two mail planes are taking the second Empire air mail, weighing fiOOlbs. to the eastern 'States, the Imperial Airways machine Aurora having landed at Darwin on Tuesday evening.
