A new and far-reaching Government order enrolls the man-child in the ranks of Mussolini’s Ballilja organisation from the time of birth. The premonition of the drum-beats and bugle calls thus is injected into the rattle-shaking of Italy’s bambini, while the press warns of “a crucial year” approaching for Europe.
