The News»Qhrouiclc’9 Berlin correspondent says that Herr Hitler has removed Herr Hans Frank, Commissioner of Justice, creating him a Minister without portfolio, thereby .depriving! him of influence in Nazi affairs, despite his seven years’ membership of the party.
